Emergency Phone Call
It all usually starts with a phone call – you need help with an electrical issue or have a plumbing problem that requires immediate attention. Our skilled tradesman usually appears at your place on the same day of the call, previously agreeing to the most convenient time for both parties. In most situations, a contact/confirmation from the property manager is required.

Scheduled Maintenance/Service via Online Booking
All general maintenance jobs, new installations, damaged parts or oven/cooktop replacements, and all other jobs that can be scheduled in advance. Simply use our convenient online form to get started or just give us a call.

Property Managers: Please note that within 24 hours of a work order being received, we connect to your tenant with three points of contact: email, text message, and a phone call. If all these options fail, we then try again within the next 24 hours. If there’s still no response, we’ll ask you to try using other avenues
On Site – Arrival
All of our tradesmen are issued with a state-of-the-art booking system and a GPS system, which allows us to notify you of the exact arrival time.
On Site – First Meeting
Once our technicians arrive on the site, we introduce ourselves and immediately get to work – no time for chit-chat, especially if we’re working on an emergency.
Thanks to the years of experience working with clients of all sizes, our tradesmen are able to provide you with onsite quotes. To keep things as simple and transparent as possible (and save you from the “service bill headache”), we always give our clients fixed quotes, which are final and known before we start the job. All tradesmen have the capability of quoting and invoicing onsite to make the process as fast and efficient as possible.


During the Job
Once the quote is known and accepted, we get to work. Please note that depending on the nature of the job, it might take a few days or weeks before the project is finished. This will depend on the size of the job, spare parts availability, or the on-site conditions (this is the case especially for development projects).
After the Job Is Done
Once the job is completed, our tradesmen will perform an extra inspection. Additionally, we can schedule a regular maintenance job right away. Remember – all our workmanship jobs are guaranteed for life!
